KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) - A special promotion ceremony was held on Friday, celebrating members of the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office.

Multiple members of the force were honored at the Kanawha County Courthouse.

Sheriff Joe Crawford and Chief Deputy Sean Snuffer highlighted the hard work, dedication, and leadership of those promoted to higher ranks within the agency.

Friends, family and colleagues were there to congratulate these professionals who work tirelessly to keep the communities they serve safe.
