Yet another development in the ongoing saga of former Millcreek Superintendent Ian Roberts.

The Des Moines school board announced they too intend to file a lawsuit against the company that helped them find and hire the Guyana native back in 2023.

That's according to the Des Moines Register, which reports the district claimed a company called JG Consulting failed to properly vet Roberts.

This comes after the Millcreek School Board announced on Wednesday they would seek similar action against the search firm Ray & Associates.
