A person was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after a shooting on the East Side, according to San Antonio police.

Officers responded to the shooting around 9:15 p.m. Friday near the intersection of North New Braunfels Avenue and Nolan Street.

A 49-year-old was shot and rushed to a hospital, police said. No arrests have been made.
