HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – A family is mourning the loss of justice after a man took his own life in a Harris County courtroom moments before pleading guilty to the murder of his wife. James Anderson was expected to be sentenced to 35 years in prison for killing his wife, Victoria Anderson, in their Kingwood home in 2023.

KPRC 2 News Reporter Corley Peel spoke exclusively with Victoria’s parents, who want to make sure her memory stays alive.
