Bihar Elections 2025: The Election Commission of India (ECI) is assessing the preparations being done in Bihar for the upcoming assembly elections. A team led by Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar reached Patna to review poll preparedness. The delegation includes Election Commissioners Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Vivek Joshi.

In a post on X, the ECI said, “ECI delegation led by CEC Gyanesh Kumar and ECs Dr. Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Dr. Vivek Joshi arrives in Patna today to review poll preparedness for forthcoming Bihar Assembly Elections.”

The poll panel officials meeting with various political parties comes days after the ECI released the final voter roll post Special Intensive Revision (SIR) in Bihar.
