A grandfather has been left fighting for his life in a Tenerife hospital after suffering a devastating heart attack whilst on holiday - with his family now confronting medical bills of €36,000.

Delivery driver John Lockyer Drury was visiting his "favourite place" with wife Lisa when he fell critically ill last month on September 21.
