Srinagar, Oct 3: The Crime Branch Kashmir (Economic Offences Wing) has booked five persons for allegedly forging and circulating a fake order in the name of the National Health Mission (NHM) JK, duping volunteers by promising them permanent jobs.

The case was registered following a complaint from the State Nodal Officer, NHM J&K, who reported the circulation of a forged document titled Provisional Selection List of Candidates for Different Posts (Kashmir Division) against Notification No. SHS/NHM/J&K/HR/10259 dated 10.05.2021.

The fake order, purportedly signed by the Mission Director, NHM JK, went viral on social media, creating confusion among aspirants.
