Hyderabad: BRS MLA and former Minister T Harish Rao on Saturday came down heavily on the Congress government for the two year stagnation in the health sector and deterioration the State had witnessed in medical and health services.
Led by him, a delegation of BRS leaders inspected the stalled construction activity at the Telangana Institute of Medical Sciences (TIMS) hospital in LB Nagar.
