The Laval rocket defeated the Belleville Senators 5 to 2 in AHL Pre-Season action on Friday.

Carter Savoie and Philippe Daoust scored for the Senators.

The rocket took off to a strong start with three first period goals, with the sens picking up one. In the second frame, the rocket took two more goals to extend their lead. In the third, the Senators grabbed a second goal, but couldn’t catch up, with the Rocket taking the win.

The Senators are back in action on Saturday, October 11th, against the Leigh Valley Phantoms.
