Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday hit out at the previous regime of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and the Congress for crippling Bihar’s education system, calling it the “real beginning of migration" crisis in the state.
While addressing the Kaushal Deekshant Samaroh at Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi, PM Modi claimed that the schools were not opened and no recruitments took place under the Congress-RJD regime in Bihar.
