In a strong move to crack down on the terror outfits in Jammu and Kashmir, the J&K police have attached Rs 2 crore worth properties of Sajjad Gul, the founder of the militant group ‘The Resistance Front’ (TRF), an offshoot of Lashkar-e-Toiba, blamed for the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack. 25 tourists and a local ponywala were killed in the terrorist attack, where India retaliated against Pakistan through Operation Sindoor.

A police spokesman said that the police have attached Sajjad’s three-storey residential house constructed over 15 marlas of land (Survey No. 43 min, Estate Khushipora), located at Rose Avenue, HMT on the outskirts of Srinagar. The property is estimated to be approximately Rs 2 Crore. This according to the revenue records and verification from Tehsildar Central, Shalten
