A longtime administrator for Main Line Health, Jim Paradis, has been selected to be the next president of Riddle Hospital.

Paradis has been with Main Line Health for more than two decades, recently serving as the system’s first chief transformation officer. As CTO, he helped strengthen structures and processes to ensure a sustainable operating model, while also driving growth and fostering collaboration and innovation across Main Line Health.

“I am honored to return to Riddle Hospital and to serve as its next president. I look forward to working alongside our talented colleagues, physicians and community partners to advance clinical excellence and expand access to high-quality care close to home,” Paradis said in a press release.
