COLUMBUS — The Ohio State football team is back home tonight as it takes on the Minnesota Golden Gophers in a Big Ten game. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. at Ohio Stadium, and the game will be shown on NBC.

The Buckeyes are ranked No. 1 in the nation after a win at Washington last week.

Minnesota is coming off a 31-28 win over Rutgers last weekend.

“I respect (Minnesota coach) P.J. Fleck as much as anybody in the country and their coaching staff and how hard they play,” OSU coach Ryan Day said. “And so it’ll be a challenge. You don’t play Minnesota and think you’re just going to run the ball without a lot of hard work.”
