In a scathing attack against the BJP and the Congress in Goa, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convener Arvind Kejriwal Saturday alleged a nexus between the two parties, claiming both were working closely together and that a few families have a “vice-like grip of the politics” of the coastal state.
Speaking at the inauguration of AAP’s office in North Goa’s Maem Assembly constituency, Kejriwal recounted his interaction with a passenger on his flight from Delhi to Goa on Friday.
“The man sitting next to me on the flight said ‘Sir, this BJP and Congress are the same’. Dono ek hi hain. He said the state president of Congress in Goa…What’s his name? Amit Patkar.
