The disposal was conducted at the Industrial Growth Centre (IGC) Lassipora in Pulwama district in the presence of the Drug Disposal Committee, adhering strictly to the legal procedures outlined under the NDPS Act.

According to officials, the destroyed narcotics were linked to 49 FIRs registered under various provisions of the NDPS Act in district Anantnag.
