Who said name, image and likeness deals had to be a bad thing? Don't tell the Indiana football team, which received a gift from its quarterback brothers.

Starter Fernando Mendoza stood up addressing the Hoosiers , who were on a knee, during a practice and, in a video posted to social media, said he and his brother Alberto were partnered with JLab .

And then, "Bert and I have partnered with our friends over at JLab to hook the whole team up with headphones."

It drew a rousing "yeah" from the team. The video continues to show players picking up their new headphones in their cases. There were plenty of statements worthwhile:

"Shout out the quarterbacks, man."

"Let's go, shout out the Mendoza brothers, man."

"Merry Christmas, everybody!"

"Shout out to QB1. They got us right."
