Tottenham boss Thomas Frank hailed his side's character to grind out a 2-1 win at Leeds as Mohammed Kudus' first goal for the club sent Spurs up to second in the Premier League.
Noah Okafor cancelled out Mathys Tel's opener for the visitors in a first half that raged from end to end.
But as the torrential rain and ferocious winds of Storm Amy hit Elland Road in the second half, Spurs stood strong and grabbed the winner through Kudus' deflected shot to inflict Leeds' first home league defeat for over a year.
"I think the character was the foundation," said Frank. "To go here and get through the spells where everything was not perfect and to keep the focus.
"We needed a win...That feeling to get over the line, to get three points, was big."
