LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - The White House has confirmed an investigation into the release of Ronald Exantus, a man who was released from prison 13 years early after stabbing an entire Kentucky family and killing their 6-year-old son, Logan Tipton.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt made the announcement on X (Formerly Twitter) just after 8 a.m. Saturday.

“It’s wholly unacceptable for a child killer to walk free after just several years in prison,” Secretary Leavitt said on X.
