Strawberries, blueberries and raspberries are a firm favourite for Kitty Fewchuk’s young family.

The mother from Eastwood in Sydney regularly serves either fresh and frozen berries, depending on the season, to her two older children Lucas, 5, and Hazel, 3, and intends to do the same for newborn Freya when she is older.

“We do a lot of milkshakes in the morning, and we always chuck some berries in it, just for the antioxidants and extra goodie, healthy components,” Fewchuk says.
