MILWAUKEE -- Brewers outfielder Jackson Chourio made a quick impact in Game 1 of the National League Division Series against the Cubs on Saturday , but his playing time was also brief after he was removed in the second inning after beating out an infield single.

Milwaukee's young star was visited by trainers after an RBI infield single and left under his own power. During an in-game interview an inning later, Brewers manager Pat Murphy indicated Chourio felt discomfort in his right hamstring after the play, necessitating his exit from the game.

"We're worried about it, so it's very unfortunate," added Murphy on the broadcast.

Chourio missed most of August with a strain of that same hamstring, which he suffered in a game against the Cubs on July 29.
