ATLANTA — Actor and singer Tyrese Gibson turned himself in on an animal cruelty charge after four of his Cane Corso dogs allegedly killed a neighbor’s dog and terrorized a Buckhead neighborhood for months.

Gibson was booked at the Fulton County Jail on Friday and released on a $20,000 bond.

The case stems from an incident on Sept. 18, when the dogs allegedly attacked and killed a 5-year-old King Charles Spaniel named Henry.

The small dog’s owner, Harrison Parker, said Henry had been let out into a designated area on their property along Woodhaven Road when the attack happened.

Parker said in a 911 call he made the following day on Sept 19, at first he didn't know what happened to Henry.
