Ingredients
2 - 3 medium-sized ripe bananas, mashed about 300 g
3 free-range eggs
125 ml (1/2 cup) raw honey
125 ml (1/2 cup) extra-virgin olive oil or macadamia nut oil
zest of 1 orange
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 teaspoons baking powder
240 g (2 cups) spelt flour or gluten free flour
100 g (1 cup) desiccate
