ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky. —

A Louisville man has been arrested after he shot at another vehicle in Elizabethtown.

Kevin Felix, 28, has been charged with three counts of wanton endangerment, first-degree discharge of a firearm, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

According to Elizabethtown police, they were called to East Dixie Avenue near the Town Square and Steel Drive on reports of shots fired involving an occupied car around 2:41 a.m. Saturday.

Three adults were driving down the road when, they told police, Felix pulled out in front of their car, causing the driver of the car to slam on the brakes. During the road rage incident, Felix motioned for the victims to pass, and as they did so, Felix fired a shot through the victim’s rear windshield.
