PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- Two young men face multiple charges after an early Saturday morning shooting near a Salem park, the Marion County Sheriff's Office said.
The shots, which did not hurt anyone, were fired near Santana Park around 6:15 a.m.
A white Audi was spotted speeding away, and officers quickly pulled the car over. There were four people inside the car, three young men and a woman driver.
All 4 were detained but authorities said 2 were arrested: a juvenile passenger and a 21-year-old passenger.
The juvenile was booked for unlawful possession of a gun, unlawful use of a weapon and reckless endangerment.
The 21-year-old, Malachi Martinez-Sligar, had an outstanding parole board warrant. He was also booked for domestic violence assault, hit-and-run and criminal mischief.
