NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - Update (6:47p): The Metro Nashville Police Department has confirmed that the missing skydiving instructor has been found dead.

An MNPD helicopter crew found the 35-year-old instructor’s body in the clearing of a wooded are off of Ashland City Highway.

The Federal Aviation Administration will be taking over the investigation into this incident.
