Richmond's search for its first AFLW win of the season is over after Monique Conti inspired an 11-point win over Adelaide.
The Crows had looked poised to condemn the Tigers to an eighth-straight defeat after building an 11-point lead before half-time at Princes Park on Sunday afternoon.
But the Tigers refused to relent and kicked six to two goals in the second half to set up 8.10 (58) to 6.11 (47) upset victory.
Richmond had entered Sunday's round-eight clash last on the ladder (0-7 win-loss record) as the only team not to have won a match.
Ryan Ferguson's Tigers now move to 17th place, ahead of Gold Coast, with their first defeat of the Crows.
The Crows' loss halts their three-match winning streak and they drop to fifth (5-2).
