New Delhi, Oct 5: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a charge sheet against 11 accused in connection with the April 6 rocket-propelled grenade (RPG) attack on Qila Lal Singh police station in Punjab’s Batala district, allegedly carried out by operatives of the banned Khalistani group Babbar Khalsa International (BKI).
Officials said the accused were charge-sheeted on Saturday before a special NIA court in Mohali under various provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, the Arms Act, and the Explosive Substances Act.
