A holidaymaker has pledged to never use airline TUI after he and his daughter were left 'abandoned' overnight. Jason Hall's return flight from Cyprus — due to land at Birmingham —was forced to divert to Cardiff due to a small aircraft crash landing on the runway. ‌

The flight touched down at 6.10pm and passengers were told return transport would be organised for them. But Jason says this never happened and blasted the firm's 'appalling' aftercare. ‌
