• Loveland police ticketed a Loveland man for second-degree criminal tampering after more than one person identified him as a person seen in a surveillance video writing messages on a board outside the downtown office shared by two candidates for the Thompson School Board. The candidates said multiple incidents occurred over several months before they alerted police and installed the surveillance camera.
