The Walking Dead actor Lennie James has issued an apology to his Edinburgh fans as he was forced to pull out of the Comic Con Scotland event.
The star, also known for his role in Line of Duty, announced he was sorry to miss the event but will be filming in London when it takes place.
Taking place on October 11 and 12 at the Royal Highland Centre, Comic Con Scotland is one of Europe's largest pop culture conventions, attracting tens of thousands of fans annually to the capital.
Posting a video apology online, he said: "Hello Comic Con Scotland and hello Edinburgh. This is Lennie sending my deepest apologies for not being able to spend some time with you guys over the weekend.
