MONTGOMERY, Ala. — At least two people were killed and 14 others injured in a mass shooting Saturday night in downtown Montgomery.

The shooting happened about 11:30 p.m. near the intersection of Bibb and Commerce streets, just after a football game between Tuskegee University and Morehouse College, Montgomery Police Department Chief James Graboys told the Montgomery Advertiser.

A woman was among those killed, and other victims had varying degrees of injury, according to MPD Lt. Tina McGriff.

"In total, three victims remain in life-threatening condition, and nine sustained non-life-threatening injuries," McGriff said, as reported by the Advertiser.
