Hyderabad, October 5: Advisor to Telangana Government and senior Congress leader Mohammed Ali Shabbir on Sunday claimed that the Congress government had fulfilled its election promise of allotting land for a Muslim graveyard in Jubilee Hills .

He was speaking on the occasion of the formal announcement and ceremonial handover of one acre and five guntas of land near Masjid (Ghairabad) in Shaikpet , intended to serve residents of Rahmat Nagar, Erragadda, Borabanda, and neighbouring areas.

The announcement was made at a joint press conference held at H.F. Community Hall in Rahmat Nagar, Jubilee Hills, in the presence of Ministers Ponnam Prabhakar and G Vivek Venkataswamy, Telangana State Wakf Board Chairman Syed Azma
