Tehran, Oct 5: Iranian foreign minister Seyyed Abbas Araghchi has stated that European nations have significantly weakened their role in future nuclear negotiations with Iran, accusing them of excessive demands and failed diplomatic strategies.
Speaking to reporters in Tehran on Sunday, Araghchi said the actions of the three European countries—widely understood to be the UK, France, and Germany—have eroded their influence in future talks. “They have certainly diminished their role and lost justification for negotiations,” he remarked, adding that any future discussions will see Europe play a “much smaller part.”
