The fire marshal is on the scene at an apartment complex in McKeesport.

According to EMS, the call came in just before 11:28 a.m. at the Midtown Plaza Apartment building on Sinclair Street.

It's believed that the fire may have started in a trash chute inside the building.

It's not yet known if anyone has been injured or transported from the scene as of 1 p.m.
