Yellow, blue and red Colombian dancers twirled to the tune of a mariachi band while onlookers ate Cuban and other kinds of food in Carroll Creek Linear Park on Saturday.

Flags representing various countries across the Hispanic world fluttered at the Carroll Creek Park amphitheater, all there for local nonprofit Centro Hispano de Frederick's fifth Hispanic Heritage Festival.
