Acclaimed actress Kimberly Hébert Gregory, best known for her role as Dr. Belinda Brown on the HBO series “Vice Principals,” died on Oct. 3 at the age of 52, Parade reports.
Her ex-husband, actor and singer Chester Gregory, confirmed her death in an emotional social media post .
In a moving tribute, Chester Gregory called her “brilliance embodied.”
“A Black woman whose mind lit every room, whose presence carried both fire and grace.… So much more than ex-wife, you were my friend. Our son, the song we wrote together, is the living echo of your light,” he wrote.
