A rally in support of teachers on the cusp of a Monday province-wide teachers’ strike drew thousands to the Alberta legislature grounds Sunday morning.
Alberta Teachers’ Association (ATA) president Jason Schilling spoke in Edmonton before heading to a Calgary rally in the afternoon on World Teachers’ Day in support of public education.
