Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Manjhi on Sunday appealed for peace following a clash between two groups in the city here and said that the government is monitoring the situation while keeping an eye on “troublemakers”.

The situation remained tense in Cuttack as fresh clashes between two groups were reported here on Sunday. This comes following the incident of stone pelting and clash between them during Durga Puja immersion late last night.
