LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Louisville Metro Police are searching for a missing teen in Louisville.

!3-year-old Naomi Puterbaugh ran away from the 2400 block Crittenden Drive, near Audubon Park. Puterbaugh has been missing since October 4.

Police say that she is not from the Louisville area, does not have her medication with her and could possibly be in danger.

Puterbaugh stand at 5'4" and weighs 170 pounds. She has hazel eyes and blonde hair.

LMPD wants to ensure the safe return of Naomi Puterbaugh, anyone with information should contact LMPD immediately at 502-542-LMPD (5673).
