KENNESAW, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - One man was arrested after a shooting at a popular Kennesaw restaurant Sunday morning, according to police.

The shooting happened at Martin’s Restaurant, located at 2005 Cobb Parkway NW, around 8:30 a.m.

According to police, two employees were involved in an argument inside the restaurant. One of the employees contacted her husband, 46-year-old Jeffrey Alan Thomas, to tell him about the dispute.

Thomas arrived at the restaurant, got into a physical altercation with another employee, and fired multiple rounds inside the business before leaving the scene with his wife.

The wife had sustained a minor gunshot wound, but declined medical treatment. No one else was injured in the shooting.
