A man in his 70s has suffered multiple injuries after getting pinned under a quad bike on Monday morning.

Emergency services were called to a property off Coles Road, Garra - located between Molong and Manildra - at about 9.45am on October 6.

A spokesperson for NSW Ambulance Service said multiple crews were on the scene after the man became trapped near a creek bed.

"He suffered injuries to his right hand, right shoulder, lower back and head," the spokesperson said.

"The man is fully alert."

As of 10.15am the Toll Rescue Helicopter was on its way to the scene, although it was not yet known where the man would be taken.

The NSW Ambulance Service spokesperson said the man had been freed from the quad bike and being treated by paramedics.
