Saints quarterback Spencer Rattler, who gets little respect, was 20-of-30 passing for 225 yards and a TD.

Most importantly, he didn’t turn the ball over. He did a good job of neutralizing the Giants pass rush with quick releases and short passes.

Unsung hero

Saints receiver Rashid Shaheed changed the momentum of the game with his 87-yard TD reception, which cut the Giants lead to 14-13.

He finished with four receptions for 114 yards and the TD.
