DENVER (KDVR) — Wet weather and cooler temperatures move into Denver's weather forecast Sunday night into the start of the workweek.
Weather tonight: Showers, seasonally cool
Rain showers will continue Sunday night as low temperatures fall to the 40s, which is right in line with normal for this time of year.
As temperatures drop in higher elevations, rain will mix with snow in areas above 8500 feet.
Weather tomorrow: More showers, cooler
By Monday morning, there could be a light dusting to a couple of inches of snowfall in the mountains.
Then, clouds will linger alongside a few showers in the metro. Temperatures will be even cooler than today, and only reach the mid-50s, which is about 15 degrees cooler than normal for this time of year.
