Victoria Beckham is opening up about filming her upcoming Netflix docu-series.

The 51-year-old fashion designer, who just showcased her new collection at Paris Fashion Week , will be seen prepping for a fashion show in the three-part series, and touches on her journey from the Spice Girls to now.

In a new interview, Victoria revealed one part of the doc that was “quite triggering” for her.

“I’ve been defined by a four-year period in my life. That was the Spice Girls ,” she told The Sunday Times . “It’s taken me almost two decades to fight that and I feel that only now can I look back and talk about it.
