A former police officer in Union County faced retaliation after reporting sexual harassment from a civilian employee, a lawsuit claims.
Matthew O’Holla, who resigned from the Westfield Police Department in August, filed a civil lawsuit alleging a series of retaliatory actions by Police Chief Christopher Battiloro and other employees that created a hostile work environment.
