GRESHAM Ore. (KPTV) - Two people were rushed to the hospital and a driver is facing charges after a two-car crash in Gresham early Sunday, according to police.

Just after 5 a.m., emergency crews were called to the scene near East Burnside Street and Southeast 162nd Avenue.

Officials have not released any further information about the current condition of the two people who were hurt.

The driver of one of the cars, identified as Efrain Alvarado Camacaro, was arrested and faces charges of DUII, fourth-degree assault and reckless endangering.
