THIS is the shocking moment a migrant paraglides over a border fence to break into Spain and escapes cops.

Astonished police raced to the area after watching the daring aerial crossing over a heavily-fortified fence on security cameras.

All they found at the spot where the mystery man landed was the abandoned multi-coloured paragliding gear in undergrowth.

It is believed to be the first-ever attempt to use a paraglider to cross between Morocco and Spain’s North African enclave of Ceuta, opposite Gibraltar .

Footage of the historic action showed the migrant sailing over the Jebel Musa mountain in Morocco before he landed on European soil in Ceuta’s Sidi Ibrahim area.

The area is popular with weekend hikers and mountain bikers.
