CINCINNATI (WXIX) - Cincinnati police confirm they are investigating a fatal shooting overnight.

It happened around 11 p.m. Sunday in the area of Kings Run Court in Winton Hills.

Initial emergency communication reports state a female was shot and CPR was in progress with one person detained.

Police said they will release details later Monday morning.
