LIHUE — Kauai High School boys and girls bowling teams took Week 4 of Kauai Interscholastic Federation bowling that played out on Thursday at Kauai Bowl in the Rice Shopping Center.
Trestyn Reis rolled a pair of 200-games to lead the Red Raider boys to a 2,842 team pinfall followed by Kapaa High School boys collecting a 2,646 pinfall after the Warriors’ ace bowler, William Kimura, rolled three 200-games.
Waimea’s Javis Moises also roll three 200-games. But the Menehune boys finished with a 2,628 pinfall.
“Kanuikapono, unfortunately, couldn’t compete as a team on Thursday due to injuries,” said Kyrin Sasaki, the Kauai coach and KIF scorekeeper. “But the four boys that came out still fought hard for the individual slots.”
