A deadly health scandal has rocked India as Coldrif cough syrup, manufactured by Kaysons Pharma, is linked to the deaths of at least 11 children across multiple states. The tragedy began in Madhya Pradesh’s Chhindwara district, where a doctor was arrested after prescribing the syrup. Following India Today’s investigation, the syrup has been banned in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan. Laboratory tests confirmed that the syrup was adulterated and substandard. The Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation has now urged Tamil Nadu authorities to take serious legal action against the manufacturer. In a massive fallout, the Madhya Pradesh
